However, when you learn that the stunts you just witnessed on screen were real, you will be even more surprised. Yes, not all stunts are created by computers or by other stuntmen. To pull off their own stunts, some actors are just as addicted to the rush of adrenaline as anyone else. 10. Donnie Yen



Donnie Yen is an actor, director, and producer from Hong Kong. He began his career, however, as a stuntman. Donnie is skilled in a variety of martial arts, including jiu-jitsu and Taekwondo. He started out as an actor by appearing in a lot of fight scenes in films like "Once Upon A Time in China II," "Tiger Cage," and "Legend of the Wolf," among others. His fight sequences are either filmed or edited by a computer. His stunts are real and sometimes move at such a rapid pace that the eye can't keep up.

Donnie has choreographed numerous fight scenes and is one of the most prominent stuntmen in Hong Kong. He has won numerous awards for his Action Choreography. For instance, the Golden Horse Awards, the Taurus World Stunt Awards, and the Hong Kong Film Awards. However, the actor was unable to perform the underwater stunt in the 2004 film "The Bourne Supremacy."

Nevertheless, Matt was unable to sleep that night when he shot the scene. Express quotes him as saying, "That night I woke up probably four times gasping for breath, thinking I was drowning."
