Samuel L. Jackson F-bombed on his SNL Cameo, Violating Broadcasting Policy

Samuel L. Jackson is notorious for his frequent use of profanity, whether it be in movies, TV shows, or interviews. In fact, he holds the record for the most on-screen swear words. He appears to take pride in his reputation for foul language.

However, this habit landed him in hot water when he accidentally swore on live television during a skit on Saturday Night Live. He was playing an aggressive version of himself alongside Kenan Thompson when he let slip a few curse words. This mistake caught him off guard and he was shocked, as was Thompson. Since SNL is a live broadcast show, there was no way to take it back.

The crew and castmates were not amused by his slip-up and were worried about the repercussions, as live television has stricter rules. Jackson believed that he was banned from SNL after this incident, but he later met with Lorne Michaels, who confirmed that he was not banned but needed to keep his language in check if he wanted to return to the show.

Despite this mishap, Jackson's reputation for swearing remains intact, and he continues to be a beloved actor in Hollywood
